May 1, 2014 just got home from touring the midwest with john gorka. it was a special tour. thanks to all who came. there were some long late night drives resulting in some special giddiness resulting in some improvised songs about our GPS "Garminetta", the successor of "Garmina" who died on the last duvekot-gorka tour and whose last words were 'tuuuurn left'. Garminetta won our hearts, though, and so many verses were born and instantly forgotten to a song called "she's my rectangular girlfriend". countless hours were also spent talking like elmer fudd. when we arrived at the wed woof inn it was always a wewief. here's some footage from chicago city winery last friday... |
